Unlike puzzles with just one solution, Helius is a puzzle with infinite solutions. Each set includes two basic symmetrical shapes ("nodes") in six different colors. Each node has an end with a magnet that faces north; the other faces south. Find stable magnetic loops using all 12 nodes, hearing a satisfying "click" with every connection. Link, stack, nest; build symmetrically; or let chaos take the lead! We love this open-ended building toy for anyone with perfectionist tendencies... because there are no rules when playing with Helius.
Using color, symmetry, order (and a little chaos), kids and kidults can become familiar with the abstract, learn to observe like a scientist, and see like an artist. Visit today to get your hands on a demo!
